Basilar Migraine With Severe EEG Abnormalities |

| Abstract: | SYNOPSIS We report a patient suffering from a series of attacks fulfilling the criteria of basilar migraine. During the attack there was no normal EEG background pattern and the EEG showed predominantly delta activity. After the attack the EEG returned to (nearly) normal in a very short time. Up to now no such EEG findings have been reported in basilar migraine. |
