| 摘 要： | 本文以去氧胆酸钠诱发大鼠急性胰腺炎，就茵陈蒿汤及其组分对胰腺炎时胰腺细胞膜流动性的影响进行了观察。结果表明：急性胰腺炎早期，大鼠胰腺细胞总膜、线粒体膜和溶酶体膜流动性明显降低；茵陈蒿汤及其组分大黄和栀子可使其流动性接近正常。表现为大黄和栀子分别可提高总膜、溶酶体和线粒体膜的流动性；而茵陈蒿汤则主要提高溶酶体膜的流动性。 |

| Abstract: | In this study acute pancreatitis(AP)was induced in rats with sodium deoxycholate.The effefts of YCHT(Yin Chen Hao Tang)and its components on the memberane fluidity of acinar cells were observed. Results showed that in the early stage of AP,the fluidities of plasmalemma,mitochondrial and lysosomal memrane of acinar cells of rats were declined significantly.YCHT and its components Rheum palmatum(RP)and Gardenia Jasminoides(GJ) could make the fluidity nearly noraml.RPand GJ could improve the fluidity of plasmalememma,lysosmal and mitochondrial membrane respectively,while the effect of YCHT seemed mainly to increase the membrane fluidity of lysosome. |
