异体手移植患者心理测评结果分析

目的：为了解同种异体受移植患手术后各期健康情况，进行有针对性的心理干预。方法：采用SLC－90、SAS、SDS对2例行异休手移植患手术前后各期进行心理测评。结果：发现2名患SCL－90得分除恐惧、偏执、精神病性3因子外其科各因子均显示术后第1周高于术前及术后第2周，以焦虑、抑郁2因子最为突出，SAS、SDS测试总分显示术后1周高于术前及术后第2周，是多种心理表现突出期，结论：2名患术前、术后各期均有不同的心理问题，心理护理应有针对性，指向性、确实有效地做好病人不同时期的心理护理，为患躯体及心理的健康重新定良好基础。

Analysis of psychometric results in patient of human hand allograft

Objective To study the psychological problems and the treatments during the process of human hand allograft. MethodsThe psychometrics were conducted to the 2 patients and psychometric results were recorded in the 2 weeks after hand transplantation originally by SCL-90. SAS, SDS. Results With the exceptions of panic, delusion and psychrotic III, other factors after one week were showed to be higher than those before surgery and in the 2nd week after operation in the 2 cases. After two weeks, anxiety and graft II factor increased significantly high ( P <0.001) by SCL-90. The same results were obtained in view of the scores of SAS and SDS. Conclusion The psychological problems before ordinary surgery were significantly more serious than that after the surgery in the case with ordinary surgery. On the contrary, the psychological problems during the first week after the surgery were significantly more serious than that in other periods in the case receiving allotransplantation surgery. It was concluded that the first week was the key period in treatment of psychological problems, and was very important in the success of the human hand allograft operation.
