| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明 ,IL 2及其受体、IL 6、IL 8、IL 10、IL 12、IL 13、TNF、IFN α、Fas、ICAM 1等细胞因子在系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)发病过程中起着不同的作用 ,其测定对SLE的诊断具有一定的价值 ,也可作为观察疗效和判断病情的指标。 |

| Abstract: | The research results show that interleukine(IL)-2 as well as its receptors,and the cytokines such as IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IL-12,IL-13,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),fas and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) play different roles in the course of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).The determination of these cytokines,which has a certain value to the diagnosis of the disease,can be taken as an index in the observation of the efficacy and the judgement of illness state. |
