| 摘 要： | 目的:比较全凭静脉麻醉(PFK方法)与吸入麻醉两种不同麻醉方法在妇科腹腔镜手术中的临床应用效果.方法:将30例进行妇科腹腔镜手术的病人分别采用全凭静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉方式进行麻醉,监测生命体征,记录不良反应,术后疼痛情况,苏醒及拔管时间,并对两组数据应用配对t检验进行统计学分析.结果:全凭静脉麻醉组的血流动力学变化较吸入麻醉组平稳(P＜0.05).两组术后意识恢复,苏醒及拔管时闻差异无显著性(P＞0.05),全凭静脉麻醉组术后镇痛情况优于吸入麻醉组,术中及术后并发症少.结论:全凭静脉麻醉组比吸入麻醉组的血流动力学平稳,而且术中及术后并发症均少于吸入麻醉组,且48小时内镇痛效果好.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical effect of TIVA(PFK)with inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopy gynecolopy operation.Methods:30 patients were anesthesied by TIVA or inhalation anesthesia separately.Monitor life condition and side effect,postoperative pain,time of awake and extubation,and taking statistical analysis.Results:PFK group's hemodynamic is more stable than in halation group(P<0.05).Postoperative recovery conditions,time of recovery and extubation of two groups have no difference(P>0.05),postoperative pain of PFK group superior to inhalation group,side effect of during operation and postoperation in PFK group is less.Conclusions:TIVA group is more stable than inhalation group,and has less side effect during operation and postoperation,it has hours'better analgesia effect within 48 hours. |
