摘 要: | 核因子-κB(Nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)是炎症反应中重要的转录因子,参与了炎症因子的表达。动脉粥样硬化一般在大动脉内发生,其主要特征是内膜发生了炎症反应,并涉及了血浆分子之间的相互作用。动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定,常伴有炎症浸润。因此,本文针对NF-κB在动脉粥样硬化疾病中的现有可能机制作一综述。

Abstract: | Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) is an important transcription factor in the inflammatory response and is involved in the expression of inflammatory cytokines. Atherosclerosis usually occurs in the aorta, the main feature of which is the inflammatory reaction in the intima and involves the interaction of plasma molecules. The atherosclerotic plaque is instable and have inflammatory infiltration. Therefore,the mechanism of NF-κB in atherosclerosis is briefly reviewed in this article. |
