Toll样受体与肥胖

肥胖是目前威胁人类健康的一种代谢性疾病。Toll样受体是一类重要的模式识别受体,参与肥胖慢性低度炎症状态的形成,并影响机体的物质代谢,在肥胖的发生发展过程中发挥一定的作用。明确Toll样受体与肥胖的关系,探究其中的免疫学机制,将给肥胖的治疗提供新的作用靶点。本文就TLR2、3、4、5、6、9与肥胖之间的关系作一简要综述。

Toll-like receptors and obesity

Obesity is growing a major public health problem that threatens human health all over the world.Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a family of pattern-recognition receptors in mammals that participate in the immune response of the body.TLRs play an important role in the occurrence and development of obesity through involving in the formation of obesity chronic low-grade inflammation and affecting the body′s metabolism.It will provide new targets for the treatment of obesity to identify the relationship between Toll-like receptors and obesity and explore the immunological mechanism.Here,we make a brief review about the relationship between TLRs (TLR2,3,4,5,6,9) and obesity.
