The Value of FibroTouch and ARFI in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of FibroTouch (hepatic transient elastography) and ARFI (acoustic radiation force impulse imaging) in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 134 cases with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 patients were selected. 134 cases underwent FibroTouch and ARFI detection. The value of the two kinds of detection methods in diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B were analyzed by comparing the test results. Results: There were obvious changes about LSM and VTQ values in the degree of pathological staging, and with the rise of liver pathological stage its value increased(P<0.05).
