| 摘 要： | Notch 信号通路是一种高度保守的信号转导通路,在细胞的分化、发育和功能调节中发挥重要作用。近来研究表明,Notch 信号通路在银屑病的发生发展中扮演重要的角色。了解Notch 信号通路在银屑病中的作用将有助于阐明其发病机制,并为治疗提供新的选择。

| Abstract: | Notch signaling is an evolutionarily conserved signaling cascade involved in cell differentiation,proliferation and function regulation processes.Recent researches showed that Notch signaling played an important role in the development and progression of psoriasis.Investigation on the role of Notch signaling in psoriasis will help us understand its pathogenesis and provide new therapeutic strategy. |
