多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗28例晚期胃癌

目的观察多西紫杉醇（TAT）联合奥沙利铂（L-OHP）治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒性反应.方法28例晚期胃癌患者采用多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂方案化疗,TAT 75mg/m^2,静脉滴注,第1天：L-OHP 130mg/m^2,静脉滴注,第2天.28天为1周期,至少2周期后评定疗效.结果24例可评价疗效,其中完全缓解2例,部分缓解13例,总有效率为62.5%.中位缓解期9.5个月;中位生存期11个月.毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制、周围神经炎和脱发.结论多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃癌,缓解率高,毒性反应可以耐受.

Treatment of 28 cases with Advanced Gastric Cancer with Docetaxel and Oxaliplatin combination

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel(TAT) combined with oxaliplatin(L-OHP) for the patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Twenty-eight cases with advanced gastric cancer were treated by docetaxel combined with oxaliplation: TAT 75mg/m2 ivgtt at Day1 and L-OHP 130mg/m2 ivgtt at Day2. Each cycle included 28 days. After continuous two cycles, evaluation was performed. Results Twenty-four out of 28 cases could be evaluated, among them, 2 obtained complete response(CR) and 13 partial response(PR) with a total response rate of 62.5%. The median duration of response was 9.5 months and median survival duration was 11 months. The major toxicities were myelosuppression, peripheral neuritis and alopecia. Conclusions The regimen of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin for patients with advanced gastric cancer produces high response rate and its toxicity is well tolerable.
