我院2005—2008年抗感染药物利用分析

目的评价我院抗感染药的应用现状及趋势。方法对我院2005～2008年抗感染药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行回颐性分析。结果我院抗感染药销售金额占西药总销售金额比例呈逐年下降趋势，口服抗感染药平均占抗感染药销售金额78．37％；大环内酯类、抗真菌药、抗病毒药销售金额排序各年度均列抗感染的前3位。大环内酯类使用频率最高（平均占抗感染药DDDs 29．85％）；克拉霉素缓释片、伊曲康唑胶囊（2005年除外）销售金额及DDDs排序各年度均列前3位。结论服用方便、患者依从性好的口服抗感染药占主导地位。

Use of antiinfectives in our hospital between 2005 and 2008

Objective To evaluate the application status and tendency of antiinfectives in our hospital. Methods The antiinfectives used in our hospital between 2005 and 2008 were retrospectively analyzed regarding the consumptiom sum and DDDs etc. Results The percentage of the consumption sum of antiinfectives in the total of western medicine showed a decreasing tendency in our hospital. Oral antiinfectives averagely accounted for 78.37% of the consumptiom sum of antiinfecrives. The sequence of consumptiom sum of macrolides and antifungal drugs and antiviral drugs were respectively top 3 in each year. The DDDs of macrolides was the highest in our hospital（ averagely accounted for 29.85% of the DDDs of antiinfectives）. The sequence of consumptiorn sum and DDDs of clarithromycin sustained release tablets and Itraconazole capsule （ except for 2005 ）were respectively top 3 in each year. Conclusion Taking convenience, and good patient compliance with oral anti-infective use in our hospital are dominant.
