江苏省艾滋病流行特征及流行趋势分析

目的 分析江苏省1986～2000年HIV/AIDS流行现状及影响因素,寻找控制措施。方法 分析全省的艾滋病常规、哨点监测及实验室资料。结果1991年发现首例HIV抗体阳性,至2000年底累计发现感染者106例,HIV/AIDS报告数年平均上升40.51％。静脉注射吸毒占的比例从1997年前的0上升到2000年的50％,性途径占的比例从1994年前的100％下降到2000年的16.67％。亚型分析显示,吸毒人群均为C亚型,献血员中85.71％为B’亚型。性乱人群为A和D亚型。结论HIV/AIDS疫情已进入快速增长期,血途径为主要传播途径,HIV-1亚型复杂。应尽快开展高危人群行为干预。

Analysis of the characteristic and trend of AIDS epidemic in Jiangsu province

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and risk factors of HIV/AIDS in Jiangsu province and to search for measures of control. Methods Data from routine, sentinel and laboratory surveillance programs were collected and evaluated. Results Since the first HIV case was found in 1991 ,the total number of HIV antibody positive was 103 by the end of December 2000.The cases of HIV/AIDS has increased by 50.51% yearly.The proportion of cases infected through IDU increased from 0 before 1997 to 50% in 2000,and that of sex contact decreased from 100% before 1994 to 16.67% in 2000.Nucleotide sequencing showed that HIV- 1 subtypes in IDUs was subtype C,87.51 % commercial blood donors'sub-type was B'and sexually promiscuous group were A,D. Conclusion The Number of HIV/AIDS has increased rapidly in recent years in Jiangsu.Blood transmission is the main route. It is necessary to conduct behavioral intervention in high risk groups.
