| 摘 要： | 本文对卡马西平缓释片人体内外试验的相关性进行了研究。研究结果表明，卡马西平缓释片体外溶出度与体内吸收量呈极好的相关性，相关系数γ＝０．９９８５（ｐ＜０．００１）。根据体内外试验相关关系，可由体外溶出量推测体内吸收量，保证服药安全，体外溶出试验可以作为卡马西平缓释片质量控制的依据。
