摘    要:
目的:比较金属洁治器和碳纤维洁治器对钛表面形貌的影响。方法:在磨光后的纯钛铸件表面分别用金属洁顺和碳纤维洁治器洁治,用肉眼,扫描电镜和表面形貌轮廓仪检测表面形貌的变化。结果:结论纯钛铸件表面形貌经过两种洁治器处理后都有改变,但是金属洁治器的影响比碳纤维洁治器明显。

Abstract:
Objective To study the damages made by metal-tip or carbon-tip ultrasonic instrumentation on casting of pure titanium.Methods After polishing,the surfaces of the casting of pure titanium strips were scaled using metal-tip or carbon-tip ultrasonic instruments.The surface profile of titanium samples were checkd by naked eyes?SEM and Profilometer before and after instrumentation.Results & Conclusion All of metal-tip and carbon-tip ultrasonic instrumentation had apparent scratches on the surfaces of the pure titanium.Carbon-tip instrumentation has less damages on the surfaces of pure titanium than metal-tip instrumentation.
