| 摘 要： | 大鼠和家犬单次及多次给予卡铂均可引起骨髓造血功能严重抑制、肠粘膜等多个脏器出血.淋巴组织萎缩,肝细胞和肠粘模上皮细胞变性、坏死、生精抑制等。上述毒性表现与剂量相关,无种属和性别差异,停药后可基本恢复,停药后观察6～7Wk未见迟发毒性。大鼠卡铂每隔3周iv共3次.实验结果表明上述毒性为中度蓄积性。

| Abstract: | Carboptatin given to rats and dogs once or 3 times induced serious my-lodepression. several organs Weeding, lym phoid depiction of lymphatic tissues,degeneration and necrosis of liver cells and epithelium cells of intestinal tract and spermatogeresis suppression in both rats and dogs. All toxicities observed were dose - dependent, completely reversible upon discontinuation of treatment.Neither interspecies nor sexrelated difference in qualitative toxicity of carboplatin was observed. No significant delayed toxicity was noticed during an observation period of 6 ~ 7 weeks. The toxicity of carboplatin seemed to be. moderate accumulative according to the results in rats. |
