| 摘 要： | 医患关系是医疗过程中的永恒话题。建立和谐的医患关系，需要医院、医务人员和患者的共同努力。作为成功的医生，医术、医德二者缺一不可;作为患者满意的医院，应在提高人性化服务和规范医疗行为方面寻找服务创新点。
