| 慢性呼吸衰竭患者的运动肺功能 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文总结慢性肺病３９例患者的运动试验，比较慢性肺心病与慢性呼吸衰竭患者的运动肺功能。结果表明：肺心病患者肺功能明显差于单纯呼衰者；运动时，前者潮气量较小，两者运动时间及运动肺功能参数基本相同。我们认为由于这些患者心脏功能优于肺功能，心脏似乎不成运动的要限制因素。 |

| Abstract: | The exercise tests in 39 patients with chronic respiratory failure(CRF)during stablestage were studied to compare the exercise performance between patients with and without corpulmonale.The findings showed that the pulmonary function was worse in the CRF patients withcor pulmonale than in those without cor pulmonale.During the exercise,the former's tidal volumewas less than that of the latter's.Exercise ability and respiratory responses to exercise were notdifferent between the CRF patients with and without cor pulmonale.We believe that the patientswere limited to exercise not for heart dysfunction as their lung function was worse. |
