| 摘 要： | 目的评价血浆脑钠素(BrainNatriureticPeptide,BNP)在心衰诊断中的特异性及灵敏度,并进一步探讨其临床应用价值。方法采用快速免疫荧光法分别测定182例心衰疑似病人及120名正常对照者的血浆BNP值。同时对这182例心衰疑似病人进行心超检查。结果182例心衰疑似病人中有110例被确诊为心衰。心衰患者组的血浆BNP值明显高于正常对照组。BNP在心衰诊断中的灵敏度为97.3%,特异性为68.1%。结论BNP在心衰快速诊断中具有一定的应用价值,可以作为早期的筛选指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the specificity and sensitivity of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in the diagnosis of heart failure and study its clinical utility. Methods Rapid fluorescence immunoassay device was used to determine the concentration of BNP from patients who were suspected heart failure(n=182) and normal controls(n=120) respectively. At the same time ultrasonography was used to detect 182 patients. Results Plasma BNP concentration was elevated more markedly in heart failure patients than that of normal controls. BNP was showed a selevtivity of 97.3%, with specificity of 68.1%. Conclusion BNP measurement, as a selective index, is useful for the rapid diagnosis of heart failure. |
