| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雄激素与妊高征的关系。方法用放免法测定102例29～36周单胎初孕妇的血清总睾酮(T)，其中妊高征(PIH)患者72例(28例轻度、25例中度、19例重度)，正常孕妇30例。结果中、重度PIH患者的血清总T显著高于正常孕妇(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，其胎儿性别分布与正常对照无统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论妊高征患者血清T升高可能与妊高征的发病有关；检测血清T可帮助了解PIH患者的病情。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between androgen and pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Method Concentration of serum total testerone (T) in 102 cases of pregnant women were determined by radioimmunoassay.The pregnant women included 30 normal pregnancies,28 cases mild PIH patients,25 cases moderate PIH patients and 19 cases serious PIH patients.Results The concentration of serum T in moderate or serious PIH patients was higher than normal pregnancies ( P <0.01).The fetus sex distribution was not significantly different between the PIH patients and the normal pregnancies ( P >0.05).Conclusion The rise of T in the PIH patients may be correlated with the cause of their PIH. |
