摘    要:
咳嗽变异性哮喘是慢性咳嗽的常见原因之一,其发病率高,发病年龄广,易被误诊为慢性支气管炎而延误治疗,进而发展为典型哮喘。近年来,呼出气一氧化氮作为一种无创、简单、及时、重复性高的炎症标志物广泛应用于临床,对于咳嗽变异性哮喘诊断、治疗以及监测管理方面具有重大意义,故本文将对呼出气一氧化氮在咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:
Cough variant asthma(CVA)is one of the common causes of chronic cough.Due to its high incidence rate and wide age of onset,it is easy to be misdiagnosed as chronic bronchitis and delay treatment,and then develop into typical asthma.In recent years,fraction exhaled nitric oxide,as a non-invasive,simple,timely and highly repeatable inflammatory marker,has been widely used in clinical practice,which is of great significance for the diagnosis,treatment,monitoring and management of CVA.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of fraction exhaled nitric oxide in CVA.
