温州市11415例院外创伤病例发生时间规律及分析

目的应用圆形分布法分析院外创伤患者发病的时间分布规律。方法采集2016年1月-2017年12月期间,温州.市急救中心救治的11415例院外创伤救治病例,并应用圆形分布法分析创伤的发病时间分布。结果院外创伤每年发生的季节和每日的发生时间均呈较弱(r<0.3)的集中趋势(P<0.05),2年的总平均角(a)为245.065°,发病高峰曰为9月6日,高峰期为4月20日到次年1月23日(Z=38.096,P<0.05),平均角差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2年的全天24 h内发生对间平均角(a±s)为相当于16:39分,高峰时段在9:38~23:41;对危重创伤患者发生的日期、时间进行分析,两者均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但集中趋势均不明显。结论温州市院外创伤每年发病日期有一定的集中性,多发生于夏秋两季,发病时段则以午后夜间较多,根据创伤发生的时间规律,制定有针对性的干预措施,预防和减少创伤的发生及其伤亡率。

Occurrence regularity and analysis of 11415 cases of pre-hospital trau ma in Wenzhou

Objective To analyze the time distribution of pre hospital trauma patients by circular distribution method.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,Collection of 11415 cases of pre hospital trauma treatment in Wen zhou emergency center,and circular distribution method was used to analyze the time distribution of the trauma.Re sults The annual occurrence of pre-hospital trauma and the daily occurrence time were weak(r<0.3)concentration trend(P<0.05).The total average angle(a)for 2 years is 245.065°,The peak incidence date is September 6.The peak pe riod is from April 20 to January 23(Z=38.096,P<0.05).The mean angle difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average angle of inter-pair(a±s)occurred within 24 hours of 2 years was 355.413°±144.510(P<0.05).Equivalent to 16:39,peak time is 9:38~23:41.Conclusion The prevalence of pre-hospital trauma in Wenzhou City has a certain concentration on the annual onset dale,which occurs in summer and autumn.The onset time is more in the afternoon and afternoon.According to the time rule of trauma,targeted intervention measures are taken to prevent and reduce trauma.The occurrence and the rate of casualties.
