邓铁涛调脾护心法治疗冠心病心绞痛方案抗心肌缺血作用的临床队列研究

目的:评价邓铁涛调脾护心法治疗冠心病心绞痛方案对冠心病患者抗心肌缺血作用。方法:以前瞻队列研究的方式,2007年12月—2010年8月共纳入572例病例观察,其中剔除不合格病历35例,合格病例共537例。两组均接受标准的西医治疗。邓老方案组接受邓铁涛教授调脾护心法治疗;非邓老方案组接受其他类型中医治疗(非名老中医方案)或纯西医治疗方案。观察治疗前后的心绞痛计分及心电图的改变。结果:治疗后,两组心绞痛计分及心电图改变均有显著差异,邓老方案组由于非邓老方案组。结论:邓铁涛调脾护心法治疗冠心病心方案有对冠心病患者有较好的抗心肌缺血作用。

Clinical Cohort Study of Anti-myocardial Ischemia Effect of DENG Tie-tao Treating Angina Pectoris with Spleen-Regulating-and-Heart-Nourishing Theory

Objective:To evaluate the anti-myocardial ischemia effect of DENG Tie-tao treating angina pectoris with spleen-regulating-and-heart-nourishing theory.Methods:With prospective cohort study,572 patients were observed from December,2007 to August,2010.35 cases of disqualification were rejected,and 537 cases were studied.Both therapy group and control group were treated by standard Western Medicine therapies.The therapy group was treated by DENG Tie-tao’s spleen-regulating-and-heart-nourishing theory,and the control group was treated by other TCM therapies or Western Medicine therapies.Observe the changes of angina pectoris scores and ECG before and after treatments.Results:After treatments,there are significant differences on angina pectoris scores and ECG between therapy group and control group.And the therapeutic effect on therapy group is better than control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of DENG Tie-tao’s spleen-regulating-and-heart-nourishing theory on treating angina pectoris is reliable.
