| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"易层"贴敷疗法不同换药时间对踝关节急性软组织损伤疼痛的影响。方法:踝关节急性软组织损伤患者40例,随机分为每日换药组(A组)和3日换药组(B组),各20例,治疗时间为7天。观察两组患者疼痛指标的缓解状况。结果:A组疼痛指标积分显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:"易层"贴敷疗法每日换药在缓解踝关节急性软组织损伤疼痛中较3日换药好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of different dressing changes of Layers adjusting external application therapy on pain of acute soft tissue injury of ankle joint.Methods:A total of 40 acute soft tissue injury of ankle joint patients were assigned into the group with dressing change every day(A group) and the group with dressing change every 3 days(B group) for 7 days,20 in each group.The effect on pain in the two groups were recorded.Results:The effect in A group was low than B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Layers adjusting external application therapy with dressing change every day was proved to be more effective than dressing change every 3 days on treating acute soft tissue injury of ankle joint. |
