优化溃结方对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型结肠组织表皮生长因子影响的实验研究

目的:研究优化溃结方对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠表皮生长因子影响及其作用机制。方法:健康SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP(柳氮磺胺吡啶)组、优化溃结方组。TNBS/乙醇法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测溃结大鼠结肠组织EGF含量。结果:模型组与正常组比较,EGF含量明显下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化溃结方组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP组与模型组比较,EGF含量显著升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化溃结方组与补脾益肠丸组比较,EGF含量升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化溃结方组与SASP组比较,EGF含量升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化溃结方可以提高溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型中结肠组织EGF的含量。

Influence of UC Optimization Decoction on EGF Expression of UC Rats

Objective:To research the influence of UC Optimization Decoction on rats EGF with ulcerative colitis and its mechanism of action.Methods:Some healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Bupiyichang pill group,SASP group,and UC Optimization Decoction group.The rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by TNBS/ethanol method.Detect the EGF content and protein expression of rats’colon tissue with ulcerative colitis after intragastric administration.Results:Comparing with normal group,the EGF content and protein expression of model group were decreased.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).The EGF content and protein expression of Bupiyichang pill group,SASP group,UC Optimization Decoction group increased compared to model group,statistically(P<0.05).Comparing UC Optimization Decoction group with Bupiyichang pill group and SASP group,the EGF content and protein expression of the former increased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:UC Optimization Decoction could increase the EGF content and protein expression of rats’colon tissue with ulcerative colitis.
