大黄和芒硝在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用举隅

目的:探讨大黄粉灌肠、芒硝外敷对急性胰腺炎临床症状体征及血尿淀粉酶的影响。方法:42例患者随机分为两组,观察组给予常规治疗外加用大黄粉灌肠、芒硝外敷,对照组只给予常规治疗。观察两组患者症状体征缓解程度、时间及血尿淀粉酶。结果:治疗组患者临床症状体征,血尿淀粉酶改善均优于对照组,并发症、二重感染发生率均低于对照组。结论:大黄粉灌肠、芒硝外敷对急性胰腺炎症状体征及理化检查指标的改善均有明显的作用。

Application of Dahuang and Mangxiao in Treating Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Dahuang and Mangxiao treating acute pancreatitis on clinical symptoms、clinical signs including hemodiastase and uric amylase.Methods:42 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the observed group and the controlled group.The observed group was given routine treatment and Dahuang powder for enema plus external application of Mangxiao,the controlled group was only given routine treatment.Observation and assessment were carried out by remission extent of clinical symptoms,remission time,hemodiastase and uric amylase.Results:The clinical effect of the observed group was better than that of the controlled group,complications and incidence of double infection in the observed group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group.Conclusion:The improvement clinical effect of Dahuang powder for enema plus external application of Mangxiao treating acute pancreatitis on clinical symptoms and signs including hemodiastase and uric amylase was obvious.
