慢性肾脏病患者运动知识的需求调查及中医介入的思考

目的:了解慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者对运动知识的需求程度,并思考中医如何介入CKD运动治疗之中。方法:通过问卷调查方法了解CKD患者的运动需求,同时查阅国内外相关的运动文献,思考中医的介入点。结果:69.0%的CKD患者关心运动方面的知识,其关注点主要在于可以选择什么运动(55.2%)和运动时间、强度如何把握(27.6%)。结论:CKD患者对于运动疗法的需求是比较强烈的,国内外研究已证实运动疗法对于CKD患者有益处,但需把握合理的运动量,而中医辨证思维指导下的传统运动疗法应该很适合于CKD患者,值得下一步积极开展相关临床研究。

Investigation of Exercise Requirement and Discussion of How to use Chinese Medicine Exercise Knowledge in Chronic Kidney Disease Patients

Objective:To realize the exercise requirement of chronic kidney disease(CKD) patients,and discuss how to use Chinese medicine exercise knowledge to improve the exercise therapy.Methods:We used questionnaire to realize the exercise requirement and discuss the problem with some CKD exercise papers at home and abroad.Results:There were 69.0% of the CKD patients care about exercise knowledge,and 55.2% of them focus on how to choose right kinds of exercises,27.6% of them focus on how to excise in right time or intensity.Conclusion:CKD patients were interested in exercise and some proper exercises therapy were really good for them.So we think that some traditional sports therapy with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation may be suitable for CKD patients and we need some clinical research in the subject in the future.
