| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同地区及生境中的哈蟆油药材中总多糖的含量,为评价该药材质量提供依据。方法:石油醚脱脂、水回流提取、氯仿萃取,苯酚-硫酸法显色,葡萄糖对照,可见分光光度法测定。结果:哈蟆油药材中总多糖含量,不同地区的以林下产的高于稻田的;同一生境中以黑龙江地区的高于吉林、辽宁的。结论:以哈蟆油药材中总多糖的含量评价其药材质量,与该药材的传统主产区及目前市场定价相吻合。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the content of total polysaccharide in RANAE OVIDUCTUS medicinal materials in two kinds of habitat,providing the basis for evaluating the quality of the medicinal materials.Methods:Petroleum ether skim,water reflux extraction,Chloroform extraction,phenol-sulfuric acid method and Glucose control spectrophotometry was used for testing.Results:The total polysaccharide content in RANAE OVIDUCTUS medicinal materials,in different regions the undergrowth production is higher than the rice fields;in the same habitat Heilongjiang province is higher than Jilin and Liaoning.Conclusion:The content of total polysaccharide in RANAE OVIDUCTUS medicinal materials is used to evaluate its quality,the medicinal materials traditional major market at present and pricing are identical with each other. |
