活络散结汤治疗渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性(痰瘀互结型)临床观察

目的:观察活络散结汤对渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性(痰瘀互结型)的临床疗效。方法:将纳入标准的渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性(痰瘀互结型)48例60只眼随机分为两组。治疗组24例(30只眼),给予活络散结汤治疗;对照组24例(30只眼),口服维生素E、C,葡萄糖酸锌片治疗,3个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗前后视力、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)及光学相干断层扫描分析(OCT)等的改变。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为41.67%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:活络散结汤对渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性(痰瘀互结型)有良好的疗效。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Huoluo Sanjie Decoction on Exudative Age-Related Macalar Degeneration(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the effect of Huoluo Sanjie Decoction on exudative age-related macular degeneration(phlegm and blood stasis type).Methods:48 cases(60 eyes)incorporated into standard exudative age-related macular degeneration(phlegm and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group,24 patients(30 eyes)were given Huoluo Sanjie Decoction;control group,24 patients(30 eyes),oral vitamin E,C,zinc gluconate,visual acuity,fundus fluorescein vascular angiography(FFA)analysis and optical coherence tomography(OCT)and other changes before and after three treatments were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 83.33% vs 41.67%,difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Huoluo Sanjie Decoction for exudative age-related macular degeneration(phlegm and blood stasis type)has a good effect.
