颅脑出血与血瘀证相关的中西医结合探讨

目的:对颅脑出血与血瘀证之间的相关性进行中西医结合探讨,为活血化瘀药在颅脑出血患者的合理应用提供相关理论依据。方法:对101例颅脑出血患者检测其FIB、D-二聚体,与对照组比较进行统计学分析,并结合相关文献,从中西医结合出发探讨颅脑出血与血瘀证之间的相关性。结果:FIB、D-二聚体水平在颅脑出血急性期与恢复期的差异无统计学意义,而二者与对照组之间的差异均有统计学意义。结论:在颅脑出血的病程中存在着高凝状态,即与血瘀证相关,应在中医药理论指导下辨证地使用活血化瘀药。

Discussion on the Relativity between Cerebral Hemorrhage and Syndrome of Blood Stasis Based on Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine(WM)

Objective:To discuss the relativity between cerebral hemorrhage and syndrome of blood stasis based on integrated TCM and WM in order to provide theory evidence of safety and reasonable application of herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods:FIB and D-dimer were tested in 101 cases with cerebral hemorrhage.Statistics analysis was done to compare with the control group.Combined with pertinent literature,the relativity between cerebral hemorrhage and blood stasis was discussed.Results:The difference of FIB and D-dimer wasn’t significant in acute and recovery stage of cerebral hemorrhage but compared with control group,the difference of those had statistical significance.Conclusion:There is a hypercoagulative state in the process of cerebral hemorrhage and it is relative with blood stasis.So herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be used under the guidance of TCM theories.
