| 摘 要： | 用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测４２例食管鳞癌切除标本癌旁粘膜中ＣＤ４４ｖ４／５的表达。结果发现：癌旁正常上皮、单纯增生上皮、轻度不典型增生上皮、重度不典型增生上皮和原位癌中的阳性表达率分别为１１．１１％（２／１８）、１７．３９％（４／２３）、５６．２５％（９／１６）、５７．１４％（８／１４）和６９．２３％（９／１３），正常上皮、单纯增生上皮和轻、重度不典型增生上皮及原位癌之间差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示：ＣＤ４４ｖ４／５表达与食管鳞癌的发生发展有关。

| Abstract: | With labbelled streptavidin biotin(LSAB) technique,we examined the expression of CD44v4/5 in 42 specimens of esophageal squamous carcinomas and the mucosas adjacent to cancer.The result shows that the positive rates of CD44v4/5 expression in the normal esophageal mucosa,simple hyperplasia mucosa,mild hyperplasia mucosa,severe hyperplasia mucosa and carcinoma in situ were 11.11%(2/18), 17.39% (4/23),56.25%(9/16),57.14%(8/14)and 69.23%(9/13) respectively,There was a significant difference between the normal mucosa or simple hyperplasia mucosa and the mild hyperplasia mucosa or severe hyperplasia mucosa or carcinoma in situ(P<0.01).It suggests that the expression of CD44v4/5 may be related to the occurrence and the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. |
