高硫煤的电化学净化对煤质的影响

摘    要:研究了煤在酸性或碱性条件下电化学净化对煤质的影响。结果表明,在适当的电解条件下电化学脱硫对煤质影响不大,但若提高有机硫的脱硫率,则对煤质影响明显。将处理过的煤用四氢呋喃(THF)萃取,并将THF可溶部分进一步用环烷萃取,完全宿煤THF可溶物和环乙烷不溶物含量高于原煤。

Abstract:Electrolytic cleaning of coal was carried out in acidic and alkaline electrolytes respectivity. The effects of electrolysis on the properties of coal were studied. It is found that the calorific value, elemental composition, combustion and pyrolysis behavior of electrolyzed coal don't vary, but the surface oxygen on coal increases. When coal is oxidized deeply and the ratio of organic sulfur removal is higher, the calorific value of the coal become lower because of increase of oxygen and decrease of carbon in coal. Coals after electrolysis were extracted with tetrahydrofuran (THF), and the THF soluble fraction was extracted with cyclohexane. The THF soluble fraction and cyclohexane insoluble fraction of electrolyzed Beisu coal are found to be much higher than that of the original coals.
