四君子汤加味治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨四君子汤加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:中药治疗组124例采用四君子汤加味治疗,西药对照组56例采用柳氮磺胺吡啶、氟哌酸治疗。10周为1疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组临床症状改善总有效率分别为90.32%和75%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,且无不良反应。

Abstract:AIM: To study the clinical effect of Supplemented Sijunzi Decoction on chronic ulcerativ colitis. METHODS: 124 cases as treament group were treated with Supplemented Sijunzi Decoction,56 cases as control group were treated with azulfidine and fluperacid.A period of treatment was ten weeks. RESULTS: The total(effective) rates of clinical symptom improvement in the treament group and the control group were 90.32% and 75% respectively,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The clinical effect of Supplemented Sijunzi Decoction on chronic ulcerativ colitis is obvious without adverse reactions.
