急性阑尾炎的CT诊断及治疗探讨

目的探讨疑似急性阑尾炎的CT诊断及确诊患者的治疗情况。方法由同一名经验丰富的CT医师对135例疑似急性阑尾炎患者进行诊断,确诊患者行外科手术治疗,术后行8字全层缝合法缝合,观察诊断情况、临床疗效及感染发生情况。结果急性阑尾炎患者最终确诊人数为128例,确诊率为94.81%。128例急性阑尾炎患者治疗总有效率为96.09%。术后发生腹壁切口感染3例（2.34%）。结论 CT检查用于急性阑尾炎诊断疗效较好,值得临床推广应用;手术后行8字全层缝合法,可有效降低感染发生率。

Analysis the diagnosis of CT and treatment of acute appendicitis

Objective To analysis the diagnosis of CT and treatment situation of acute appendicitis.Methods The 135 cases patients with suspected acute appendicitis were diagnosed by an experienced CT physician.The diagnosed patients accepted surgical operation treatment and figure-of-eight suture.After surgery,observed the diagnosis,clinical efficacy and infection.Results 128 cases patients with acute appendicitis were make a definite diagnosis,the diagnosis rate was 94.81%.The total effective rate of 128 cases patients with acute appendicitis was 96.09%.Postoperative abdominal incision infection in 3 cases（2.34%）.Conclusion CT examination for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis has a good efficacy.Worthy of clinical application.Figure-of-eight suture can effectively reduce the incidence of infection.
