剖腹保守性手术和半根治手术治疗不同类型子宫内膜异位症的临床观察

摘    要:
目的观察剖腹保守性手术及半根治手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法根据异位部位将77例子宫内膜异位症患者分为腹膜组(27例)和卵巢组(50例)。据患者要求行剖腹保守性手术或半根治手术,观察2组临床疗效。结果 2组临床疗效均较好。卵巢组手术时间短于腹膜组,出血量少于腹膜组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论剖腹保守性手术可满足患者的分娩需求,半根治手术可减少复发。2种方法均手术时间短、恢复快、患者痛苦轻,且并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparotomy conservative surgery and semi-radical surgery in different kinds of endometriosis.Methods According to the ectopic sites,77 patients with endometriosis were divided into peritoneal group(27 cases) and ovariectomized group(50cases).According to the patients requirements,77 patients were respectively treated by laparotomy conservative surgery or semi-radical surgery.After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of 2 groups.Results The clinical efficacy of 2 groups were all good.The operation time of ovariectomized group was shorter than that of peritoneal group,The amount of bleeding was less than that of peritoneal group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparotomy conservative surgery can satisfy the delivery requirement of patients.Semi-radical surgery can reduce recurrence.The two surgical methods show the positive side according to the shorter operative time,quickly recovery and the less painful,and there were fewer complications,worthy of clinical application.
