| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相法测定雷公藤片中雷公藤甲素的方法。方法：采用Diamonsil-C18（4．6mm×200min，5μm）色谱柱；流动相：甲醇-水（60：40）；检测波长：218nm；流速：1．3ml／min。结果：雷公藤甲素在0．0476-0．4760μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9991），平均回收率为99．08％，RSD=0．75％。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于雷公藤片中雷公藤甲素的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of triptolide in Tripterygium Tablets by HPLC. Methods： The Diamonsil-C18 （4.6 min×200 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water （60：40）, the flow rate was 1.3 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 218 nm. Results： The linear ranges of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride was at 0.047 6-0.476 0 μg （r=0.999 1）, the average recovery was 99.08% with a RSD of 0.75%. Conclusion： The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of triptolide in Tripterygium Tablets. |
