摘    要:目的:建立高效液相法测定雷公藤片中雷公藤甲素的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil-C18(4.6mm×200min,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(60:40);检测波长:218nm;流速:1.3ml/min。结果:雷公藤甲素在0.0476-0.4760μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=0.75%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于雷公藤片中雷公藤甲素的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of triptolide in Tripterygium Tablets by HPLC. Methods: The Diamonsil-C18 (4.6 min×200 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water (60:40), the flow rate was 1.3 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 218 nm. Results: The linear ranges of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride was at 0.047 6-0.476 0 μg (r=0.999 1), the average recovery was 99.08% with a RSD of 0.75%. Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of triptolide in Tripterygium Tablets.
