中药物质成分与寒热药性相关性研究的方法学框架

摘    要:对中药物质成分-药性相关性研究的方法学框架进行了分析研究。认为,在研究层次方面,应开展基于整体层次和次级群体层次两种研究,方可全面把握其规律性。研究要点应包括初生物质成分、次生物质成分、无机物质成分与寒热药性间可能存在的相关规律性三方面。研究过程中应注意以下几点:一是首先立足于探寻组群中药基础物质成分与寒热药性的相关规律性,在此基础上,逐步上升到整个研究群体;二是应分别从化学成分、组分、组分群和整体四个层次开展次生物质成分与寒热药性的相关规律性研究;三是进行初生物质成分研究过程中,应充分重视对消化后的蛋白质肽群(小分子链糖或单糖、脂肪酸等)的研究;四是进行无机成分研究时,应将药物不同道地产地样本的无机成分含量的平均值,作为无机成分的研究数据,以减少误差,确保研究结果科学可信。

Abstract:Make analysis and study on methodological frame of drug nature relativity of TCM.It views that,on level study,we shall carry out 2 kinds of study of holistic and sub-grade team levels to fully grasp its discipline.The study shall include 3 aspects:primary material composition,secondary material composition,the possible relative rules between cold and hot drug nature and inorganic material composition.We shall pay attention to the following points:one is to seek for relative rule between TCM basic material component and drug nature,thereby gradually rise to whole study group;two is making relativity research on secondary material composition and drug nature from chemical component,ingredient,constituent group and holism;three is,in primary material composition study,we shall fully emphasize the study on digested peptide group(small molecular chain of sugar or simple sugar,fat acid);four is,during inorganic component study,we shall take the average value of inorganic component content from different samples of produces as research data of inorganic component to reduce error and ensure scientific and reliable results.
