| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法102例未破裂型异位妊娠随机分为观察组和对照组两组,观察组52例采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对照组50例采用甲氨蝶呤治疗。结果米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠成功率为90.38%,明显高于对照组。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠安全有效,经济简便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of mifepristone and methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy. Methods 102 cases of unrupture of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A with 52 cases was treated with mifepristone and methotrexate; Group B with 50 cases was treated with methotrexate. Results The success rate of group A was 90.38%, which was significantly higher than that of group B. Conclusion Mifepristone and methotrexate have many advantages for ectopic pregnancy such as safety, good effect, easily performed and less medical cost. So it is worth applying in the clinic. |
