摘 要: | 目的:探讨高频彩超与X线钼靶联合应用对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择我院就诊的87例可疑早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,分别进行高频彩超、X线钼靶及两者联合检查,检查结果与手术病理结果相对照。结果:87例可疑早期乳腺癌患者中高频彩超诊断恶性53例,良性34例;X线钼靶诊断恶性51例,良性36例,二者联合检查诊断恶性58例,良性29例,病理检查:恶性63例,良性24例。经统计高频彩超诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性高于X线钼靶。两者联合应用诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性高于任何单一方法检测。结论:高频彩超与钼靶联合应用可提高乳腺癌的诊断率。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of high - frequency color ultrasonography combined with X ray molybdenum target on the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods : Total of 87 cases of suspected early breast cancer patients were chosen as subjects, who were inspected by using high - frequency color ultrasonography ,X ray molybdenum target, combined two methods, respectively. The results were compared with clinical surgery pathology results. Results:Among the 87 cases of suspected breast cancer patients,53 cases were malignant and 34 cases were be nign by high -frequency color ultrasonography; 38 cases were malignant and 49 cases benign by X ray molybdenum target ;63 cases were malignant and 24 cases benign by pathologic detection. The method of high - frequency color ul- trasonography was more sentitive and specific than the method of X ray molybdenum target in diagnosing breast cancer. Combined two method was more sentitive and specific than anyone of single method in diagnosing breast cancer. Conclusion: The method of high - frequency color ultrasonography combined with X ray molybdenum target can raise diagnostic rate of breast cancer. |
