| 摘 要： | 目的：了解乳腺癌辅助化疗及激素治疗的药物不良反应。方法：查阅文献进行综述。结果：辅助治疗的主要不良反应是可逆的。结论：对早期浸润性乳腺癌妇女，使用辅助治疗还是有益的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of adjuvant chemotherapy and hormonal treatment of patients with breast cancer. Methods: The literature about the above topic was collected and reviewed. Results: Most of the ADRs in adjuvant treatment were reversible. Conclusion: The adjuvant treatment of patients with primary invasive breast cancer is beneficial. |
