| 摘 要： | 阳明腑实证属于《伤寒论》的六经病证,在腹部疾患中,急性阑尾炎、肠梗阻、急性胆道感染、急性胰腺炎等的不同时期均可出现阳明腑实证表现,在不同时期又有其特殊的病理机制和临床特点。我们的前期工作提示阳明腑实证的发生发展与肠源性内毒素血症密切相关。进一步明确阳明腑实证的病理机制,对于理解《伤寒论》辨证论治体系至关重要。

| Abstract: | Yangming Fushi syndrome belong to six meridians syndromes of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Abdominal diseases,such as acute appendicitis,intestinal obstruction,acute infection of biliary tract,and acute pancreatitis,appear representations of Yangming Fushi syndrome in the different stages,as well as the special pathological mechanism and clinical characteristic.Our previous works have indicated the close correlation between the origination and development of Yangming Fushi syndrome and intestinal endotoxemia.To clarify the pathological mechanism of the Yangming Fushi syndrome is very important for us to understand the system of treatment with syndrome differentiation of Treatise on Febrile Disease and guide clinic correctly. |
