腺肌瘤剔除术与子宫次全切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果对比观察

目的:为了进一步研究和比较临床治疗子宫肌瘤过程中采用腺肌瘤剔除术与子宫次全切除术的临床疗效差异,从而为临床实践提供借鉴和参考。方法:本文以我院2010年12月-2012年12月收治的116例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:随机分为腺肌瘤剔除组和子宫次全切除组各58例,两组患者采用不同手术治疗方法治疗1个月、3个月、6个月和12个月后,进行血红蛋白水平组间比较,腺肌瘤剔除组患者低于子宫次全切除组患者的水平,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;在痛经缓解方面,腺肌瘤剔除组总有效43例,总有效率74.14%,子宫次全切除组总有效率100.00%,子宫次全切除组患者水平高于腺肌瘤剔除组患者水平,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在临床治疗子宫肌瘤的实践过程中,与腺肌瘤剔除术相比较采用子宫次全切除术的临床效果显著,是治疗子宫肌瘤的安全可靠选择。

The Comparative Observation of the Effect for Gland Myomectomy and Hysterectomy Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Objective:In order to further study and compare the differences of the clinical efficacy for adenomyoma myomectomy and hysterectomy resection in the treatment of uterine fibroids and provide reference and reference for clinical practice.Methods:To our hospital in December 2010-2012 in December were 116 cases of uterine fibroids patients for the study,a retrospective analysis of the clinical data.The clincal data of the patients was taken for retrospective analysis.Results:1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after different surgical treatment for the two groups,the hemoglobin level compared between groups,the gland myomectomy patients was less than hysterectomy patients level,and P<0.05,there was statistically significant difference.In the dysmenorrhea mitigation,adenomyoma excluded group of 58 patients,the total effective cases were in 43,and the total effective rate was 74.14%.In the hysterectomy group of 58 patients,and the total effective rate was 100.00%,higher than the level of hysterectomy gland myomectomy group patient level,and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids,the clinical effect for hysterectomy surgery compared to gland myomectomy is significant,and it is a safe and reliable choice for the treatment of uterine fibroids.
