护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者免疫治疗疗效的影响

目的 了解护理干预对变应性鼻炎免疫治疗疗效的影响.方法 将进行免疫治疗的变应性鼻炎患者分为两组,接受免疫治疗而未进行护理干预的患者作为对照组;将接受免疫治疗的患者进行护理干预作为实验组,回顾调查其有效率.结果 对照组总有效率占78.8%,实验组总有效率占88.2%,两组总有效率差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论 护理干预能提高患者免疫治疗的疗效.

The influence of nursing intervener on immunotherapy of allergic rhinitis patients

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervener on immunotherapy of allergic rhinitis patients. Methods The allergic rhinitis patients who treated with immunotherapy were divided into 2 groups. The patients who were accepted immunotherapy without nursing intervener between October 2003 (2003. 10) to October 2007 (2007. 10) as control group. And the patients who were accepted immunotberapy with nursing intervener between 2005 (2005.11) to August 2007 (2007. 11 ) as experimental group. And the effective percentage was compared. Results The control group's effective percentage was 78. 8%, however the experimental group's effective percentage was 88.2%. There was significant difference between them ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Nursing intervener on allergic rhinitis immunotherapy can improve the curative effect.
