| 摘 要： | 目的观察应用人工肝支持系统（ALSS）治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法对21例重型肝炎在综合对症治疗基础上同时给予ALSS治疗。结果亚急性重型肝炎治愈好转率66．7％，慢性重型肝炎治愈好转率42．8％，降低了重型肝炎病死率。结论ALSS为重型肝炎提供了较为安全、有效的治疗手段，也为肝移植的开展提供了条件。ALSS对重型肝炎的早期疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect of artificial liver support system(SLDD)on drbrtr bitsl hepatitisMethods Subjects in the present study cosisted of 21 patients(mean age 38.5 years)with severe viral hepatitis.Thepatitis received a combined hepatotherapy with the ALSS.Results The care and improved rate in group of subacute severeviral hepatitis reached to 66.7%, but that of the cure and improved rate in group of chronic severe viral hepatitis was 42.8%and worth attempting in reducing mortality of severe viral hepatitis.Conclusions ALSSis an effective and safe means fortherapy of severe viral hepatitis, it may be used to SUpport liver transplantation. |
