反应停联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的观察反应停联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组29例应用NP方案化疗,试验组31例应用NP方案化疗同时口服反应停,2个月后评价疗效。结果试验组有效率51.61%,对照组有效率24.14%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组中恶心呕吐发生率较对照组减少,而便秘发生率较对照组增多,两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而在骨髓抑制、周围神经病变、肾功能方面两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论反应停联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可以提高疗效,不良反应可以耐受。

Clinical observation of thalidomide combined with NP regiment in treatment of advanced NSCLC

Objective To observation the efficiency and toxicity of thalidomide combined with NP regiment in treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Method 60 patients with advanced NSCLC were divided into 2 groups,including control group（29 cases） treated with NP regiment and experimental group（31 cases） treated with thalidomide and NP regiment.The effect and side-effect were evaluated.Results The response rate of experimental group was 51.61%,compared with the rate of control group（24.14%）（P0.05）.The incidence of nausea in experimental group decreased compared with that in control（P0.05）.The incidence of constipation in experimental group increased compared with that in control（P0.05）.The decreased rate of leukocyte,neurotoxicity,kidney function were no significant differenct between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Thalidomide combined with NP regiment in treatment of advanced NSCLC could improve the curative effect.
