| 摘 要： | 目的 了解城镇空巢家庭老年人的抑郁状况并提出对策. 方法 采用老年人抑郁量表(GDS),对376位60岁以上的城镇老年人进行调查.结果 376位老年人中非空巢组、与配偶同住组和独居组在抑郁情绪发生率上差异有极显著性;空巢老年人抑郁的发生随年龄增高而显著减少,随受教育程度的增加、随收入的增加而显著降低;不同婚姻状况空巢老年人的抑郁得分有极显著性.结论 全社会应关注独居、低收入和受教育程度低的空巢老年人;社会、家庭和个人共同努力,积极应对空巢老年人的抑郁问题.

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the depression of the empty-nest elderly in city and to put forward countmeasures.Methods 376 old people in city were interviewed with the GDS.Results There is significant difference among the non empty-nest group,spouse-coinhabiting group and solitary group.The occurrence of depression of the empty-nest elderly differed with age,education marriage and income.Conclusions The whole society need pay more attention to the empty-nest elderly,especially those solitary,low-income and low-educated ones.Besides,society,family and the empty-nest elderly should make joint efforts together to fight against the depression of the empty-nest elderly. |
