针刺联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的探讨针刺联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将72例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为针刺联合牵引综合治疗组(观察组)和单纯牵引治疗组(对照组),每组36例,所有患者均在睡硬板床的基础上行牵引治疗,观察组加用针灸治疗,共4个疗程,疗程结束后对2组患者的临床疗效及疼痛评分进行对比分析。结果观察组优良率及总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组患者VAS评分较治疗前虽然有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者VAS评分较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺联合牵引综合治疗对腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰痛及下肢放射性疼痛有较好的临床治疗效果。

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traction therapy for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traction therapy for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Seventy-two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were divided into acupuncture combined with traction therapy group （observation group）and traction alone group （control group）, with 36 cases in each group. All the patients slept on a hard bed, and were given traction therapy. Based on the therapy, the patients in observation group were given acupuncture. The course was four weeks. The clinical effect and the visual analogue scale were compared between the two groups. Results The good rate and total effective rate of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. The VAS score in control group was lower than before treatment, but the difference was not statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; while the VAS score decreased more significantly in observation group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The VAS score in observation group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traction therapy is good in treating low back pain and pain with radiation to the lower extremityl.
