早期综合康复对脑出血术后瘫痪肢体功能恢复的作用

目的探讨早期综合康复对脑出血术后瘫痪肢体功能恢复的作用。方法对34例脑出血术后患者分组治疗护理,治疗组除常规药物治疗外,应用主、被动疗法,针灸、高压氧疗方法,并于3~4周进行肢体功能评定。结果治疗组肌力恢复有效率明显高于对照组,FMA和ADL评分明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合康复能有效促进脑出血术后瘫痪肢体功能的恢复。

Early comprehensive rehabilitation on functional recovery of paralyzed limbs with patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the effects of early comprehensive rehabilitation on functional recovery of paralyzed limbs with patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Thirty-four cases of post-operation cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was done with conventional medical treatment in addition to application of active and passive therapy methods,such as acupuncture and high-pressure oxygen,and the assessment of limb function was performed after 3～4 weeks.Results The recovery of muscle strength in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.FMA and ADL scores were also significantly higher in the first group,the difference was significant in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation can effectively promote the functional recovery of paralyzed limbs with patients after operation of cerebral hemorrhage.
