| 摘 要： | 目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将急性脑梗死96例随机分成丁苯酞治疗组和对照组各48例。用药后观察临床疗效及NIHSS评分,记录不良反应。结果治疗组有效率(89.6%)高于对照组(72.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗7d、14d和21dNIHSS评分较治疗前均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗14d和21d治疗组较对照组NIHSS评分明显下降(P<0.01)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊能有效改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损。
