结香花中黄酮类化合物提取工艺条件的研究

摘    要:目的:确定结香花中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。方法:以黄酮类化合物银锻苷为考察指标,经单因素实验后采用L9(34)正交试验,考察了料液比,乙醇浓度,回流时间等因素,来确定最佳提取工艺。结果:用75%乙醇为溶剂,以1∶9的料液比在恒温水浴中回流1.5 h为最佳提取条件。结论:本提取工艺方法简单、合理,是结香花中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from the flowers of Edgeworthia chrysantha Lindl. METHODS: The effect of the concentration of ethanol, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on the total flavonoid contents were investigated by the orthonogal test with the content of tiliroside as the chemical reference. RESULTS: The optimum extraction condition was established as follows: the concentration of ethanol 75%, extraction time 1. 5 hours and the ratio of material to liquid 1:9. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and feasible, and is the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from flowers of Edgeworthia Chrysantha Lindl.
