温阳活血解毒法治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的研究温阳活血解毒法治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者85例,随机分为治疗组44例,对照组41例。治疗组采用温阳活血解毒法治疗,对照组采用常规护肝药治疗。2组患者均主要观察血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平及乙肝病毒（HBV）DNA含量变化。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率（77.27%）明显高于对照组（48.78%）,有非常显著性差异（P＆lt;0.01）。治疗组显效率（36.36%）高于对照组（17.07%）,有显著性差异（P＆lt;0.05）。未出现HBVDNA阴转者治疗组患者血清HBVDNA水平较治疗前明显降低,有非常显著性差异（P＆lt;0.01）;治疗后治疗组患者血清HBVDNA水平明显低于对照组,有非常显著性差异（P＆lt;0.01）。结论温阳活血解毒法可通过稳定肝功能、抑制HBVDNA复制而有效治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎。

Treatment of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B with therapy of warming yang, activating blood circulation and detoxicating

Objective To study the curative effect of the therapy of warming yang, activating blood circulation and detoxicating on HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B. Method The patients with HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B （n=85） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=44） and the control group （n=41）. The treatment group was treated with the therapy of warming yang, activating blood circulation and detoxicating, and the control group, with routine hepatic protective drugs. The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase and DNA of hepatitis B virus （HBV DNA） were observed in two groups. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group （77.27%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （48.78%） with a greatly significant difference （P〈 0.01）. The effectual rate in the treatment group （36.36%） was higher than that in the control group （17.07%） with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. After the treatment with the therapy of warming yang, activating blood circulation and detoxicating, the HBV DNA level decreased significantly than that before the treatment with a greatly significant difference （P〈0.01） in the patients without HBV DNA negative corversion in the treatment group. After the treatment the HBV DNA level was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group with a greatly significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapy of warming yang, activating blood circulation and detoxieating can treat effectively HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B through stabilizing liver function and inhibiting the reproduction of HBV DNA.
